For those of you in school (grad or undergrad) or have recently been in school… Do you purchase your textbooks online? or in the school book stores? If so, do you really like purchasing online?

I say get your books where you can find them for the best price. Just be careful - I’ve seen more than one student get burned by not purchasing the right edition. Once that happens the turn around time for returns, getting the correct book, etc., means getting behind in class and that’s the worst!
Hey thanks for half.com! I have already sold 2 of my books!
http://chegg.com is very interesting. back in my day, they did not have that site! ha
I always buy most of my textbooks online, unless I can get it at the bookstore for a comparable price, i.e. as long as the difference is $15 or less. http://www.chegg.com is also a good site where you can rent books for a semester, sell them back, or buy them. The only drawback of buying from amazon or half.com is the delay in receiving the items even though the process may be expedited for a fee.
I do amazon.com. I bought off their used section for almost all of my books, or I would google the ISBN and see if there was a better deal. But I would NEVER buy in the bookstore. At DBU, the prices were ridiculous. I assume it’s that way with almost all book stores.
http://half.com was where i always purchased and sold the textbooks. much better than the book stores (by 1500%)!
