I want a …thoughts? suggestions?

When is the best timing? I think the last release was in October. Does that mean a new one will come soon? Will the prices drop?

I shouldn’t buy one, but really have the urge!

    Anyway, with technology–esp. Apple products–there is never a best time. If you want to get the newest, wait until the newest release and ride on that “newest and coolest” wave. Otherwise, if price is your concern, buy a “gently” used one on eBay.

    You won’t so much of a discount with Macs, as they generally demand a price premium (like Toyotas, Hondas, etc.). But, you may get a better-equipped one (more HD space, better add-ons) by going the eBay route.
