Dallas is blessed with some of the best hamburger joints, period. Here are some of my favorites:
Snuffers (http://www.snuffers.com/)
MooYah (http://www.mooyah.com/the-story/)
Five Guys Burgers and Fries (http://www.fiveguys.com/home.aspx)
Willies Burger House (http://www.williesburgerhouse.com/)
Scotty P’s (http://www.scottyps.com/WebSite/Default.aspx)
If you have a favorite burger place let me know about it (Cheese fries are a must).

I tried The Bloomin Burger at Outback Steakhouse. Man, was it good. They put petals from the Bloomin Onion on the burger along with two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, and the special Bloomin Onion sauce. You can even get their famous baked patato as a side.
I went to The Porch today on Henderson. Wonderful burger, cooked the way I like it, which is med/med rare. The bun is yeasty and homemade and the tomatoes tasted like garden tomatoes, not hothouse tomatoes. I had the bluecheese on it and it was delicious! They let you opt for fruit instead of fries, and the fruit consisted of raspberries, blackberries, yummy pineapple, etc…not your everyday restaurant fruit salad…eating the fruit made up for the burger with blue cheese!
I tried a Love Shack hamburger in Fort Worth today. The fries are different. Today’s shake was chocolate mint. They use real mint leafs in the shake! Live music is cool. http://www.loveburgershack.com/
Yesterday I had a burger from The Main, Burgers and Bar in Frisco. A great burger! They have a lot of choices as well. I had the Texan and added jalapenos. I’ll be back to try more flavors.

Carrabba’s Italian Grill does not serve hamburgers, but if you eat at a Carrabba’s in an airport they do serve hamburgers and man are they good! Try the Italiano Hamburger. You will love it!
Matt Johnson is one of the owners and the general manager of Willies. He is a DBU grad. Go eat there and support him.
looks like i will have to try out Willy’s then. it’s not as hard to get a good burger as it is to get one that is worth the cost.
Willies Burger House has just been named one of Dallas Top Five Burgers by Home and Lifestyle TV.

I recently went to Chili’s (I think it’s been like 10 years or more since I have been to Chili’s). I noticed they have a new menu since the last time I ate there. I tried one of their Big Mouth Burgers. I think it was the Bacon Jalapeno Ranch Big Mouth Burger and man I was impressed. I had to go back a few weeks later for another one.
My top 5…
Mooyah (a lot like In and Out burger) awesome!
Snuffers,
Scotty P’s, my first Dallas Burger!
Jake’s
Lastly, Willy’s Burger House! You get 10% off of your meal just by bringing in your church bulletin on Sunday. Just Fantastic!

I recently had a cheeseburger from Jake’s and I think it just moved to the top of my list.
Rachael, I totally agree. The bacon blue cheeseburger at Snuffers is one of…if not the best…burger I have ever had!
Cool! I will have to try those places. Maybe this weekend.
I heard that Randy’s Steak House in Frisco recently started serving gourmet burgers. Anyone tried them? http://www.randyssteakhouse.com/
Also, JC’s Burger House has a great burger!
2919 W. 15th Steet
Plano, TX 75075
(972) 612-2121
There is also a JC’s Burger House at the southeast corner of 121 and Preston.
Snuffer’s bacon blue cheeseburger…oh my gosh. That is AMAZING! But in Denton, there is this place called Sweatwater that I absolutely love!
JG’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers (http://www.yelp.com/biz/jgs-old-fashioned-hamburgers-dallas). Take Greenville exit off 635E. Take right on Greenville…after 1st light on right in a plaza on the right. Hamburgers are soo good.
The Kincaid’s I’ve been to is in Southlake, Texas.
Let’s consider “Dallas” as “DFW”, so we can add Kincaid’s in the burger mix. It’s in Colleyville, and they also have a Ft. Worth location. AWESOME burger! Originally was a grocery store that sold burgers. They ditched the grocery store and kept the burgers, hence the decor. Another fav there is the fried okra…YUM!!!
MooYah is my favorite hands down. so great!
